https://w3c.github.io/webvtt/#the-past-and-future-pseudo-classes is the better
spec link for this, as it defines when these pseudo-classes match.

Use the same order as the spec does, because it makes sense.

Also spell out that this is for text track cues.

There is no strong connection to the cue settings (which are mainly
about cue positining), this pseudo is for styling the "inside" of a cue.
It wasn't supported since the very beginning of WebVTT in all browsers,
but goes very far back and can be considered part of WebVTT.

These aren't part of the same API. They're defined here:
https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-main/#dom-inputdeviceinfo-getcapabilities
https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-main/#dom-mediastreamtrack-getcapabilities

Removing the compute_from here to match the feature description makes
the Baseline year change from 2020 to 20222, but this seems OK.
This started out as an attempt to align the support with the
description, and pinning to encrypt/decrypt/sign/verify gets us very
close to what caniuse claims.

If we had the ability to selectively ignore notes from BCD, we would use
that mechanism here.
This feature is still accruing new bits, but that shouldn't change the
browser versions.
)

They belong with the rest of the API. They were probably included in the
stream feature because they're defined on this mixin:
https://streams.spec.whatwg.org/#generictransformstream
These bits on performance influence the number of
PerformanceResourceTiming objects stored, and belong with the resource
timing feature. They're defined here:
https://w3c.github.io/resource-timing/#sec-extensions-performance-interface
…3258)

As luck would have it, there was a perfect place to slot it in. The
previous description didn't make sense, because `performance` and
`Performance` are the same thing, one is the instance and one is the
interface.
This is a living feature like most others, it's pinned to the initial
support but API surface keeps being added over time.
This is the newest addition to Object and is still new enough that it
seems worth calling out as a standalone feature.
This name is already at the start of the description.
In most places API is more natural and consistent with the rest of
web-features.

Sanitizer is aligned with the wording in parse-html-unsafe.yml.

For WebDriver "interface" isn't wrong, but protocol seems clearer.

This causes the following breaking changes:

- The `RealSupportStatement` class has been removed. All BCD statements now have "real" values (that is, they do not contain `true` or `null` values where version strings might appear), so the distinction between "real" and "non-real" statements no longer has any meaning. Use the `SupportStatement` class instead.

- The `statement()` factory method has been removed. It serves no purpose without the real/non-real value distinction. Use `new SupportStatement()` instead.
